3) A tool for the future

Flexibility

TOLfab has been developped to answer the needs of each customer, whatever material is to be cut and whatever technology is to be used. Everyone finds in the TOL S.A. range its "shop" solution, whether he works on mass production or small series.
TOLfab permits to change very quickly the cutting program, for example to insert an urgent order in the machining cycle.

Opening

TOLfab permits to select parts from an external C.A.D.. For example, you can use the "scannerisation" to directly enter a "paper" drawing.
It can be connected with any NC machine, whatever may be :

• its technology : laser, punching-nibbling, plasma, waterjet, oxycutting, etc. and combined machines ;
• its mark : Amada, Bystronic, ESAB, Limoges Précision, L-Tec, Mazak, Messer-Griesheim, Oxymill, SAF, Trumpf, Whitney, Zinser, etc.

In the company, it can be interfaced with a great number of production systems (P.P.S.) in use or chosen later.

Evolution

TOL S.A. and its distributors are always listening to their customers. They permit us to get last technical evolutions, thanks to a customized support contract.
