Saving

TOLfab programming system gives to cutting experts an important saving of material, especially due to the sheet managing. The nesting program carries out the most complex nesting in few minutes. It also permits, by more judicious positions, to minimize scrap rate. Research carried out in industrial environment has showed that, for a medium production, TOLfab permits to improve the scrap rate of 20 % and to save 30 % on the machining time. Stock is reduced due to time and machine saving.

Rapidity

TOLfab brings considerable time saving, both in programming and in execution. The system automatically generates the NC program, that suppresses errors of the operator and makes him save time : he does all the preparation work once only. Cutting machine is used for the best because TOLfab instantaneously programs it. This permits to reduce inactive periods. Nesting program, by reducing the number of used sheets, saves handling as well.

Simplicity

To use TOLfab does not require to know computers very well ; only few days are enough for users to be efficient and for TOLfab to be integrated in the company.
