The company TOL, thanks to its many years of programming for special machines, has perfected a revolutionay process for standard plasma machines equipped with a system for managing the nozzle height.

A patented method

TOLqualiPlasma, controlling the height at every moment during cutting, allows to suppress the cutting stops due to collisions, to avoid barb to come up into the nozzle, to cut round holes from 0.75 times the thickness of the sheet and to get a matchless cutting quality.

A continuous cutting quality

TOLqualiPlasma is linked to a material database which is pre-configurated and can be easily modified to bring the improvements of the user in.
Companies are then sure to get an always optimal cutting quality.

For all the machines, recent or old

Thanks to a judicious use of the functions which are available on these machines, TOLqualiPlasma allows to the new generation of machines to overpass the technical data of manufacturers about cutting quality, but too to open new opportunities for many machines which have often been declared "out of service".

A complete tool

TOLqualiPlasma is integrated into TOLfab, CAM software which allows, thanks to the different modules it contains, to manage conceptions, to nest parts and to drive the machine, but too to manage scrap and sheet stock, orders, manufacturing and to do quotations.
It can be interfaced with an external PPS.

Easy, useful and essential to answer to the cutting stakes, TOlfab is too available, with other machine specificities, in Water Jet, Laser, Oxycutting and Punching technologies.
