Speeds

Contours are always cut with a speed calculated in regard with the length of the element.
The user defines 3 speeds for each material and the program selects the speed in relation with the length of the elements of contour.
For each material, two lengths are defined which determines 3 sizes of element (small-medium-large) At each size corresponds one of the 3 speeds defined by the user
