TOLtrace includes a single and powerful CAD software for conception and manufacturing of sheet unfold. It is an essential tool for companies which have special needs for conception due to the concurrency they meet.
TOLtrace associates a powerful environment of parametric shapes with a complete environment of 3D conception.
It is a tool that has no equivalent in its activity area, with possibility to increase the sharp library in an unlimited way.

Sharp library and 3D conception for unfold

TOLtrace is then a software for conception of shape for sheet unfolding. It associates a parametric library which is included and a 3D CAD system with unlimited possibilites of conception.

Easy and infinite possibilities

Conception from simple curve of parts in T or bends to multi-intersections at any level of complexity of conception (cf. verso).
It handles all simple cylinders, cones, rectangular and oblong ducts, parametric according to the needs, allowing to adapt any kind of section with, but also to make intersections or multi-intersections between them.
This permits to create as well segmented bends as unique conception not very common or complexe. Each element may have its sections set over and oblique or across.

Example of available shapes

Each shape can be modified at will, as well for lengths, diameters, angles, as end kinds.
One cylinder may be a combination of a set of end kinds whom the shape will be adapted according to the needs.
